- If you receive a damaged item, feel free to contact our customer service; however, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. No item will be exchanged, or a request for changes will be considered after a week of receiving the order. Promotional items are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or claims.
- The brand should not be deemed responsible for late delivery if the client fails to provide their measurements timely.
- The delivery date can be rescheduled in case any external factor directly impacts the business, i.e. rain, strike etc. However, it will be ensured that the client must be kept updated about any changes in the delivery date. Although, orders might be temporarily delayed due to delays in verification of information or peak working hours.
- Complete advance payment is required for all the orders.
- Shipping charges for international customers are calculated based on location, weight, and product size. Any applicable taxes or customs charged shall be bear by the client, and the brand must not be held liable. In case of any damage during transit, the shipping services shall be held accountable.

- We take almost 6-8 weeks to deliver an outfit. Although, sometimes, it can take a couple of days less or over in case of an external issue.
- For international deliveries, we use the DHL courier service. The delivery charges must be paid in full at the time of order placement. Once the order is dispatched, the client must contact a DHL representative and track their order using the tracking code we provided.

No order will be exchanged based on the liking or disliking of the customer since all of our products are made to measure. Exchange is only possible if we have sent you an article that is incorrect or defective and only if the purchased product is undamaged and unused by the client. All custom orders are non-exchangeable.
